All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.
We encourage you to review all product details carefully before placing an order, including sizing, descriptions, and photos. If you have any questions about an item, please contact us prior to checkout. We are happy to provide additional information to help you make an informed purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
While all items are inspected before shipment, if your order arrives damaged or you believe you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@rarerack.ca. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Lost Packages
If your order is confirmed to be lost in transit by the shipping carrier, a full refund will be issued. This applies only to packages that have been officially declared lost by the courier. RareRack.ca does not issue refunds for delayed deliveries or misdeliveries that are due to address errors and that are not verified as lost.
