Processing Time

 

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Destinations

 

We currently ship to Canada and the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of these countries.

 

Shipping Rates

 

We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and remain consistent regardless of destination within our service areas.

 

Shipping Carriers

 

We work with a variety of trusted shipping couriers and select the carrier based on the best available delivery time and rate for your location. RareRack.ca reserves the right to choose the shipping carrier for each order.

 

Tracking Information

 

All orders are shipped with tracking included. A tracking number will be provided by email once your order is fulfilled. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 

Local Pickup

 

We do not offer local pickup at this time.

 

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all stated shipping timelines, RareRack.ca is not responsible for unexpected delays caused by the courier, weather, or other external factors. If you believe your order is significantly delayed, please contact us with your tracking number for assistance.
